My personal training primarily takes place at Fitness First Bethesda.

My sessions typically include:

  1. Warm up – usually 10 minutes of light cardio or 2-3 sets of jumpingĀ  jacks
  2. Stretching
  3. Workout – based on your goals and our progress. Exercises are varied to keep you interested.
  4. Cool down
  5. Stretching
