Fitness Tests

A fitness test or assessment is meant to give you an idea of where your body is right now before we start training. We want to establish a baseline so we know in a few months if our training has been successful.

An assessment can include:

  1. Body weight
  2. Percentage body fat
  3. Measurement of arms, legs and hips
  4. Cardio test to gauge how fit your heart is
  5. Pre-Workout Information questionaire (medical information, occupation etc)
  6. Flexibility test
  7. Various muscle tests

Some of these tests may or may not be performed depending on what your goal is.
