Hi all, so it’s been some time (just about four months) since I’ve posted a blog entry. So sorry – won’t be that long again. I made the mistake of getting involved in too many things. Speaking of involvement – many of you know me from Fitness First in Bethesda, which I am no longer employed by.

I resigned as of Wednesday, April 29th. still have my membership there to train you through my own training program rather than Fitness First’s…so you will still see me around frequently. For some of you, this means that

For those of you that I’ve trained at no-cost with Fitness First, I’ll be offering a day in June to have one last no-cost sessions. Following that, my sessions are $60/session for one person or $80 in pairs of two people.

As always, I promise to offer the most effective training for you that meets your goals. I’ll also update this blog more frequently. I love my segways – and speaking of blog updates, is there anything you would like me to write about? If so – send me an email and I’ll blog about it.

On January 1st, 2007 Coach Dinos is officially opens its doors to the public in the Washington, DC metro area.

Coach Dinos is a private company based in Maryland whose sole function is to educate, motivate, train and generally help people move towards theirs goals.
