Certification
When I started personal training one of the things I wanted to do first is get certified. Since my goal is to “to help you accomplish your goal safely, effectively and help you feel great” I felt I needed more knowledge than just what I knew from training myself and knowledge from my two personal trainers at the time. I compared about eight different NCCA accredited companies that certify personal trainers and felt the best was the National Academy of Sports Medication.
