If you’ve hit a plateau and you have no idea what to do about it – there’s only one thing to do about it…take a short break (a few days to a week) then change something about your diet & your workouts.

Why are some people more successful than others?
I think there are 5 traits that play into to:
1. Intelligence – Some people are just smarter than
others. Not really ‘book smart’, rather more ‘street
smart’ with things that can be applied in the real world.
2. Aptitude – everyone is good at certain things – some
people just aren’t good at stuff that pays well or they
don’t know how to monetize what they’re good at.
3. Knowledge – Being smart isn’t enough. Successful
people keep learning – and the more you learn, the
more you earn.
4. Attitude – Successful people have a positive, action
oriented attitude. They never see failure as an option.
They set out to achieve their goals – and they make it
happen.
5. Effort – Successful people work both smarter and
harder than everyone else. They take massive action
over and over. They’re relentless.
I know you have these traits – that’s why you’re
reading this email.
You’re different than most.
So quit settling and start making your goals
a reality.

While some people think of yoga simply as physical exercise, it is actually a complete system for overall health and well-being. It includes everything from physical postures, personal hygiene, and a healthy diet to premeditation, breathing, and relaxation techniques.
Pilates is an set of exercises that was created by Joseph Pilates just about 80 years ago and is Although Pilates is not a complete balanced or holistic exercise and health system, it is quite useful. Pilates focuses mainly on cultivating core strength in the body and lengthening the spine. Practiced for decades by dancers, Pilates has become popular in recent years for its largely aesthetic body sculpting effect. Pilates can be a valuable tool for enhancing strength, definition, and good posture.
