When it comes to exercise and many things in life…what two things am I thinking about?

The Willingness To Take Action The Ability To Persevere You must be willing (and able…) to set a goal and take action on it. Once you start taking action, you may or may not accomplish your goal overnight. Because of this, you need to keep moving and “persevere”.
